La paura è la cosa che mi fa più paura.
Fear is the thing that makes me more afraid.
La paura è considerata un’emozione negativa, che ci spinge a comportamenti irrazionali verso un nemico sottile ed invisibile; provocata dall’ignoranza o dall’impossibilità di trovare una risposta all’imprevisto: fuori dal nostro controllo.
In realtà, la paura protegge e prepara all’azione. E’ il nostro fattore di crescita o di involuzione.
Fear is considered a negative emotion, something that pushes us to irrational behaviors towards a thin and invisible enemy; it is provoked by ignorance, by the impossibility to find an answer to unexpected events: fear is out of our control.
In the reality, fear is a very important, primary emotion, with the function to protect our being. Fear protects and prepares to action. It is our growth or our involution’s factor.
